1. Who we are
DocReviewIQ is owned and operated by Sprague Designs, LLC ("DocReviewIQ," "we," "us," or "our"). We operate the website at docreviewiq.com (the "Site") and is developing a software service that uses artificial intelligence to summarize property inspection reports for real estate professionals (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions can be sent to info@docreviewiq.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit our contact or early access form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company or brokerage name, your area of interest, and the content of your message. Providing this information is voluntary.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records limited technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit, in standard server logs. We use this information for security and to keep the Site working.
Cookies and similar technologies
The Site currently sets a single first party cookie that records your cookie consent choice, so we do not have to ask you again on every visit. If we later add analytics tools to understand how visitors use the Site, those tools will set cookies only if you have consented through our cookie banner. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell information collected by cookies.
Fonts
The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those font files, Google receives your IP address as part of the request. Google's practices are described in Google's own privacy policy.
3. How we use information
We use the information described above to respond to your inquiries, to provide early access to the Service and communicate with you about it, to operate, secure, and improve the Site, to understand aggregate interest in the Service, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
4. Service providers
We use a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf: Formspree, Inc. processes contact form submissions and delivers them to our inbox; our website hosting provider stores the Site and its server logs; and Google provides font delivery as described above. These providers are only permitted to use your information to provide their services to us.
5. How long we keep information
We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of early access interest, and we delete them when they are no longer needed. Server logs are retained per our hosting provider's standard schedule. Your cookie consent choice is stored on your device for up to 12 months.
6. Your choices and rights
You may decline non-essential cookies through our banner, or clear cookies at any time in your browser. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@docreviewiq.com; we will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to know, delete, correct, or port your information and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We honor such requests regardless of your location where practical.
7. Children
The Site and Service are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to a site of this nature, including encryption in transit (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. The upcoming Service
When the DocReviewIQ application launches, it will involve additional data processing, including uploaded inspection reports and client contact details, governed by an updated privacy policy and, where applicable, our subscription agreement. We will publish the updated policy before or at launch.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted prominently on the Site.
